Welcome to Country Lane Photography

Howard has been a Kyneton (Central Victoria) resident for over ten years and is drawn to the natural beauty of the local environment. After a lifelong interest in photography he completed an Advanced Diploma in Photography (Arts) in 2011 with High Distinction.
As a photographer he seeks  to show  the often overlooked or abstract view of the landscape which often means photographing small or unusual parts of the natural features in a way designed to give the viewer a unique, mysterious and thought provoking perspective of the countryside around us. The playful portrayal of the small, unusual and unique features of his local area are the main focus of the works and are meant as an encouragement to the viewer to seek these for themselves.
Howard is well known in his local community for photographing events with images often published in the local media and web sites.
